The dividend payment date for the Series U preferred stock is Monday, October 30, 2023, to stockholders of record at the close of business on Monday, October 2, 2023.
The floating rate period for dividends on the Series CC preferred stock began on November 1, 2022. The floating rate period for dividends on the Series Q preferred stock began on May 1, 2023. The floating rate period for dividends on the Series R preferred stock began on August 1, 2023.
